The Motorola PMMN4099 (PMMN4099CL) is a IP68 rated remote speaker microphone (RSM). This microphone features IMPRES technology, providing superior audio by suppressing ambient noise, improving voice intelligibility and amplifying quiet transmissions. Built to survive, the PMMN4099 can withstand immersion for extended periods and is completely dust tight. Featuring intrinsic safety approvals to TIA4950, this RSM can be used in hazardous environments for MOTOTRBO radios only. It is fully populated with controls, featuring volume control to change the level of received transmissions, an emergency button to signal distress and request assistance, and a programmable button to put you favorite features directly at your fingertips. The microphone also features a 3.5 mm audio jack that allows you to connect a receive-only earpiece for discreet communication.
